A guide for finding Tenants or Renting a home

how it works

How to list a rental property

1) Create your listing

After signing in, move through the simple five steps of entering property details and uploading photos of the property.

Your new rental listing will be viewable Canada-wide. 'For Rent' yard or a hanging condo/apartment style signs are available for purchase here.

This sign will display your phone number.

You are free to show the property individually to interested parties. Or, if you find your listing in high demand, it maybe a good idea to consider having an 'Open House' style showing at a set time and date.

4) Receive applications

You will be notified the moment an application is received, then run the background checks to decide if you would like to accept, reject, or negotiate it.
